Culinary Masters Academy provides online and in-person culinary education services, including:

• Cooking courses and workshops
• Personalized learning recommendations
• Educational materials and resources
• Chef training and certification programs

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations or laws
• To transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• To collect or track personal information of others

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

Course enrollment requires:

• Payment of applicable fees
• Acceptance of course-specific terms
• Meeting any prerequisite requirements

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Culinary Masters Academy. Students may not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials
• Record classes without permission
• Share login credentials with others
• Use materials for commercial purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

Culinary Masters Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
